The game started with wet conditions and a grey sky. Normal surroundings for the Brits. The FCB back line was being moved around well and the opposition were pressing high on the defence with some speed. Balls in behind their slow defence were plenty, but alas none were converted. Ed burst through from a weighted pass from Macca and attempted to chip the keeper, the wet conditions worked against him and it went wide. Trampolín got in behind Macca on the right and attempted to quickly capitalise, but he got back and blocked the shot and it was an easy trickle of a shot for Josue to collect. The deadlock was eventually broken after some great passing and movement, culminating in a ball into Zak from Fab. Zak controlled it and made no mistake to put FCB in the lead 1-0. Eight minutes later Trampolín capitalised on slow play in midfield and broke away to slide the ball into the net. 1-1.
Half time 1-1
The second half started with some changes, Macca and Pete off and Luigi and Ben on. FCB scored from the off with the impact player Luigi taking the goal. 2-1 and Zak picking up an assist. The play started to open up as the opposition tired and it soon became 3-1, Eddie put a ball in from the right and Luigi controlled it on his chest, passed the defender and finished like a pro. Ben then picked up the ball in his half, passed to Dave who then squared it to Ben and he finished off a move he started. 4-1. Jose comes on for Christophe. FCB keep up the pressure. A great ball from Eddie was cleverly dummied by Zak and Dave finally gets himself on the team sheet. 5-1.
