FC Britanico 6 -1 Rayo Los Poetas

FC Britanico got off to a good start with the first preseason friendly of the 2012/13 season with a convincing 6 – 1 victory over Rayo Los Poetas.

The home side looked the sharper of the two teams thanks to the hard work done during preseason training.

A brace from Zac Harry gave the Brits the early lead before debutant Barry Shiel added one before the break. Shiel soon netted his second of the game before the visitor pulled one back.

FC Britanico completed the scoring with more debut goals from Australian Frank Tigani and local boy Gabi Ureta.

Tougher opposition will come as the preseason friendlies intensify, but an impressive start from a hungry looking Britanicos side.
